\nOur site in Pune, India is seeking a Sr Manager – Digital Supply Chain Functional and Technical Architecture to implement scalable, efficient, and Supply Chain technology platform across Demand Planning, Supply & Fulfilment Planning, Detailed Scheduling and Logistics & Warehousing.
\n
\nIn this role, you will support functional teams, and third-party vendors to develop technical architecture, integrations and end-to-end solutions across platforms based on business and technical requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, forward thinking architecture and compliance with industry standards.
\n
\nYou will drive, roadmap, support the elaboration of the architecture to support business strategies and capability expansion.

\n\n

\nWhat You’ll Do:

\n\n

Digital Business Transformation - lead the development of technical capabilities
Team Leadership - lead and grow a team of solution and functional architects and developers
Solution Design & Architecture\n\t
- In collaboration with Process Architects, define and design end-to-end Supply Chain solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Support conceptual architecture aligned to process definitions.
- Develop technical architecture documents and technical roadmaps
- Create Data Architecture across the application in support of MDM team
- Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of SC platform from an application, data, report, portal and workflow standpoint
\n\t
Technology & Integration\n\t
- Support the evaluation, selection, integration
- Design APIs, data models, and workflows to integrate supplier platforms with ERP (SAP), procurement systems (Ariba), quality systems (ETQ), Planning Systems (forecast collaboration) and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement cloud-based, microservices, or SaaS-based supplier solutions.
- Create infrastructure around data, visualization, self-service analytics, agentic AI

Portfolio Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory\n\t
- Support IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, lead stakeholders toward best practices for supplier risk management, vendor onboarding, sourcing, contract management, and performance tracking.
- Oversee projects effectively, manage resourcing of projects and application support
- Engage with third-party vendors to evaluate tools and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.

Security & Compliance\n\n\t
- Implement security best practices for vendor data handling, authentication, and authorization.
- Enforce Enterprise security models
\n\t
Performance & Optimization\n\t
- Monitor system performance, optimize supplier management workflows, and enhance user experience.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and contract lifecycle management.
\n\t

What We Seek:
\n
\nRequired Qualifications

\n\n

10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, or supplier management platforms.
4 years experience with Sourcing to Contract and Procure to Pay capabilities and solutions
Strong knowledge of supplier lifecycle management (SLM), procurement processes, and vendor risk assessment.
Expertise in ERP, SRM, and procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Jaggaer, etc.).
Experience with API integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with Smart Agents and Data Science and analytics
SAP ERP MM
SAP Ariba Business Network or other supplier management solutions

Preferred Qualifications

\n\n

Experience with AI/ML-driven supplier analytics and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for procurement workflows.
Strong knowledge of contract management, supplier risk scoring, and ESG compliance.
